Our promise to every customer:
-Little Garage Automotive will provide nothing but high-quality craftsmanship at a fair price.
-We shall use only those materials that are proven to be safe.
-To provide an accurate estimate or invoice that clearly identifies any used or re-manufactured parts, and company policies regarding warranty coverage on parts and labor. Replaced parts may be inspected upon request.
-To hold a sense of personal obligation to each customer.
-To recommend corrective and maintenance services, clarifying to the customer which services are required to correct existing problems and which are for preventive maintenance.
-To obtain authorization for any work done before repairs are performed.
-To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.
-To maintain customer service records for one year or more.
-To exercise reasonable care for the customer’s property while in our possession.
-To maintain a system for fair settlement of customer’s complaints.
