We want every customer that comes through our door to feel that we are car mechanics worthy of their business, and trust that their vehicles are in good hands at a reputable vehicle service shop. It is important to us at The Little Garage to abide by a respectable code of ethics when dealing with our customers' repair work. Whether you are just passing through Canmore or local to the Valley, we guarantee to take the best care possible while your vehicle repairs are being performed.
Our promise to every customer:
-Little Garage Automotive will provide nothing but high-quality craftsmanship at a fair price.
-We shall use only those materials that are proven to be safe.
-To provide an accurate estimate or invoice that clearly identifies any used or re-manufactured parts, and company policies regarding warranty coverage on parts and labour. Replaced parts may be inspected upon request.
-To hold a sense of personal obligation to each customer.
-To recommend corrective and maintenance services, clarifying to the customer which services are required to correct existing problems and which are for preventive maintenance.
-To obtain prior authorization for any work done, in writing, or by other means satisfactory to the customer, before repairs are performed.
-To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.
-To maintain customer service records for one year or more.
-To exercise reasonable care for the customer’s property while in our possession.
-To maintain a system for fair settlement of customer’s complaints.
